Privacy Policy - Sales Locker Sync

Sales Locker Sync is a browser extension that helps sales agents copy

contact information from Textdrip and VanillaSoft directly into their

Sales Locker CRM, and optionally book a calendar appointment or

enroll the contact into a workflow at the same time. This policy

explains what the extension does and does not do with your data.

What the extension accesses

While you’re on a Textdrip or VanillaSoft page, the extension can read

contact-related fields visible on that page - such as name, phone

number , email, address, date of birth, notes, and any appointment

date/time or timezone information present - only when you actively

click Auto-Scan or use the pick-and-click tool. It does not run in the

background and does not collect data from any other website.

What the extension stores

The extension stores the following locally in your browser

(chrome.storage.local), and only on the device where it’s installed:

- Your Sales Locker (GoHighLevel) Private Integration Token

- Your Sales Locker Location ID

- Your default appointment Calendar ID, if you’ve configured

automatic appointment booking

- Optional default tags, custom field key mappings, appointment

defaults, and the list of workflows you’ve configured to appear in

the widget’s dropdown

This information is never transmitted to us, to Textdrip, or to

VanillaSoft. It is never synced to your Google account or any other

device.

Where your data goes

When you click Create Contact, the contact information currently in

the extension’s form is sent directly from your browser to Sales

Locker’s API (operated on the GoHighLevel platform, at

services.leadconnectorhq.com) using the token you provided, in order

to:

- Create or update a contact record in your own CRM sub-account

- Add a note to that contact, if you filled in the Notes field

- Book a calendar appointment, if you filled in an Appointment

Date/Time and Timezone and configured a Calendar ID

- Enroll the contact into a workflow , if you selected one from the

dropdown

No other party receives this data, and the extension’s developer does

not operate any server that this data passes through - everything goes

directly from your browser to Sales Locker’s own API.

What the extension does not do

- It does not sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers or any

third party .

- It does not track your browsing activity outside of Textdrip and

VanillaSoft pages.

- It does not use analytics, telemetry , or crash-reporting services.

- It does not modify or interfere with Textdrip’s or VanillaSoft’s own

functionality - it only reads visible page content when you ask it to.

Your control over your data

You can clear your stored token, Location ID, Calendar ID, workflow

list, and other preferences at any time from the extension’s Settings

page, or by removing the extension entirely from chrome://extensions.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this same

URL with a revised “Last updated” date.
